The joy of low-maintenance veganic gardening

Length: 12 min.

Take a tour of Ellen Mary’s no-dig veganic garden in England! Ellen Mary grows on an allotment, which is a large plot in a community garden. She’ll share her strategies for boosting her plants and improving soil fertility, and also the animal-friendly techniques she uses to protect her harvests from competing insects. Plus she’ll share how she creates spaces for biodiversity in her garden so that it’s beneficial for all life!

(note: while Ellen Mary speaks about green manures and cover crops in this video, she typically grows them over the winter months, so that’s why they aren’t featured visually in the video!) 🙂
